About ‘Alcohol’

We use perfume grade high quality Ethanol. It costs 10 times than methanol. Even many established brands use methanol knowingly or unknowingly about the health concern of methanol use.

Perfume grade Ethanol is 96% to 99% ethanol. We use 99% ethanol imported from Germany. This form of alcohol is not drinkable and according to renowned Islamic scholars it is totally ‘okay’ to use in perfumery and not unholy for external uses. On the other hand, there are opposite opinions from renowned scholars.

As long as it is a matter of ‘Iktelaf’ we are not authorized to make our comment on this issue. We also provide 100% alcohol free version of our perfumes.
